Christopher serves as Trade Administrator and is responsible for all trade operations at Signia Capital. Prior to joining Signia, Chris was the Account Administrator for trading at a $2 billion Pacific Northwest money management firm for approximately 11 years. Chris holds a B.A. in Finance from Eastern Washington University.

Paul Greenwood
Chairman – Paul Greenwood is the founder of Greenwood Investment Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping investment managers improve their investment processes and performance. Mr. Greenwood is also a principal of Stellate Partners, LLC, a company that provides infrastructure and marketing services to new investment management firms.
Previously, Mr. Greenwood served as the Director of US equity for Frank Russell Company, with responsibility for all of Russell’s US Equity activities. Those responsibilities included overseeing $30 billion in US Equity funds as well as the investment advice given to institutional clients, representing roughly $1.6 trillion. He also served as a key Russell spokesperson and commentator for radio, television and national financial publications such as The Wall Street Journal. He has authored numerous research commentaries and articles about investment management.
Richard Thompson
General Partner – Richard Thompson is a founding member and General Partner of Signia Capital Management. Prior to co-founding Signia Capital, he co-founded an information technology firm, which was acquired in 1999. Previously, Richard worked as a Senior Manager at Octel Communications for over 10 years. Richard holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Lawrence Braitman
General Partner – Lawrence Braitman is a founding member and General Partner of Signia Capital Management. Prior to co-founding Signia Capital he co-founded an information technology firm, which was acquired in 1999. Previously, Lawrence worked as an attorney with the firm Saul Ewing Remick & Saul in Philadelphia, PA. Lawrence holds a B.A. in Psychology from Franklin Marshal College and a J.D. from Georgetown University.
John Scelfo
Board Member – Chief Executive Officer of Spur Industries, a manufacturer of specialty metals products serving international industrial companies. John is also a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alutek, an aluminum processing company in Spokane Washington. Prior to joining Spur Industries, John was a Vice President and Plant Manager with Kaiser Aluminum. John has over 30 years experience managing industrial companies.
